SHANELLE NYASIASE IS KILLING these RUNWAYS !!! She’s giving a new meaning to #AfricaRising. Shanelle walked Alexander McQueen’s spring/summer 2018 show with grace. The collection is heavily inspired by the the Arts & Crafts gardens surrounding the Tudor Lutyens-designed house, once the home of Christopher Lloyd, proved fertile ground: Burton began contemplating the “healing power of flowers”, moved with ideas of “Britishness” and “being in the garden” for a collection that unfolded like the petals falling away from a flower. Here, Burton shares with us the anatomy of one of her key looks: the transparent glass organza dress, “the dress that becomes the flower”.A transparent glass organza dress was printed with layers of roses and exploded with pleated necklines and full, tiered skirts.
